Integrative Psychotherapy Rooted in Depth, Mystery, and Meaning

My work is grounded in the belief that every individual has the innate capacity for healing, growth, transformation, especially when supported in a space that honours the full complexity of their inner life.

As an integrative psychotherapist, my approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, and transpersonal traditions. I work relationally offering a safe space to adapting the therapeutic process to what feels most alive and meaningful for you. Whether navigating emotional pain, repeated cycles, inner conflict, or a quiet yearning to live more truthfully, this is a space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your sense of self.

But not all experiences that change us are easily put into words.

Touched by the Unseen & A Space for Expats & Soul Seekers

Sometimes we encounter moments that shift our entire worldview — vivid dreams, synchronicities, mystical experiences, spiritual awakenings, or profound brushes with death. Often these experiences are dismissed or misunderstood, leaving us feeling isolated, confused, or even afraid.

I offer parapsychological and existential integration work for those navigating:

  • Near-death experiences or after-death communication

  • Sudden spiritual or kundalini awakenings

  • Synchronicities, precognitive dreams, or psychic phenomena

  • Mystical states or altered consciousness

  • Existential crisis, ego dissolution, or liminal states of being

Rather than pathologising these experiences, I see them as gateways to deeper meaning. Our work will be gentle, reflective, and spacious, focused on integration, understanding, and what it means for your life now.

I offer therapy for expats and travellers who find themselves changed by the journey of leaving behind what is familiar and are looking for someone who can walk with them as they make sense of what’s been stirred, seen, or revealed.
